Who we are

Originally from New Zealand, I moved to California with a dream of sharing the flavors of my homeland through the art of baking. I spent 20 years in New Zealand, where I honed my craft, earning a degree in Baking and Pastry from UCOL in Manawatu. Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working at some of New Zealand’s finest bakeries, including Devonport Naval Bakery in Auckland, New World and Countdown in the Manawatu, and Pak n Save in Taupo. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the craft and the joy that good, homemade baked goods can bring.

Even after relocating to the U.S., my love for baking never waned. Over the past decade, I’ve continued to bake at home, creating Kiwi-inspired pastries like savory sausage rolls and hearty pies that have become family favorites. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see how these treats have brought a little bit of New Zealand to my friends and loved ones in California.

Now, I’m thrilled to be turning my passion into a business, sharing authentic New Zealand-inspired baked goods with my new community. I look forward to bringing a taste of home to those who crave something familiar and delicious!
